Junior Trader - Digital Assets (Algorithmic Trading)
Salary £65k - £85k + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Execute algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets.
Monitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades.
Collaborate to refine algorithms and optimize performance.
Manage risk through position sizing and compliance protocols.
Conduct research to inform trading decisions and technology integration.
Hedge positions according to internal trading rules
Work on weekends and during US Hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with algorithm development experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Previous experience in algorithmic trading or software development preferred.
Proficiency in options market in FX, Equities, Commodities or Cryptocurrencies
