Job DescriptionJUNIOR TECHNOLOGY ANALYSTWELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Technology Analyst to join our Technology and Change team in a newly created role which will give exposure to all systems used across Arkle Finance. Broadly, your role will involve:Understanding all aspects of the Arkle Technology footprint.Supporting the Technical Delivery Manager in ensuring services are designed and delivered to the required standard.Understanding the data underpinning the business and its systems and developing solutions to support analytics and reporting.Working with colleagues across the business to identify and articulate problems, provide solutions, and integrate any new technologies.Designing and deploying innovative solutions to improve employee productivity and communication Supporting on project deliverables.Staying updated on industry trends and best practices as well as new technologiesBAU activities such as managing access to systems, supporting audits, and providing technical support to colleagues if needed.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORUndergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.Practical experience with a range of technologies including coding and data manipulation (this could be gained during assignments while studying).Knowledge of development lifecycles and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile.Good understanding of programming languages (e.g. SQL).A motivated self-started with good problem-solving abilities.IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVEExposure to Salesforce.Experience in a technical support role or internship.WHO WE AREArkle Finance is an ambitious and dynamic Asset Finance lender providing financing products to 5,000 individuals and corporate clients.
