We are over the moon to be back working with this long-standing client of ours who are completely reshaping the VR experience via the use of their groundbreaking software designed to share real-time 2D and 3D data across AR/VR devices
Together we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Support Software Engineer to come and play a key role in offering sufficient support for complex issues/bugs within their complex code base.
As a Support Software Engineer, you can expect to;
product-based support to both clients and internal teams
take in C# based development with the guidance of Snr Engineers
resolve bugs for clients.
closely with QA Engineers on testing new features
in product demos from potential customers & clients
To be considered for the role of Support Software Engineer you must have;
2 years experience working with C#
communication/customer service skills
understanding of IPv4. DHCP config, DNS and VPN
exposure to working with Windows and Linux systems
level of knowledge of solid code structures and design patterns
As well as the above, you will also get the opportunity to work abroad from time to time on special projects exploring exciting projects and clients.
