JOB TITLE: Junior Support Analyst
LOCATION: Trowbridge
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent |Hybrid - Twice a week onsite
SALARY: £28k - £33k

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a large manufacturing company.
THE JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:
Collaborate as a supply chain function analyst with IT teams and internal departments to implement technology solutions meeting regional and global organization needs
Offer help, advice, and troubleshooting for implemented systems to support day-to-day supply chain operations and other services
Provide application support for non-SAP manufacturing applications
Engage with business, IT, and third parties throughout planning, implementation, and support phases
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions aligning with business goals
Proactively monitor system performance and stability, addressing issues as they arise
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
Maintain detailed documentation of technology systems, processes, and configurations to aid troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
Provide end-user training and support for effective adoption of new technologies and tools
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
Prior experience in supporting applications or holding a comparable position within the Manufacturing industry
Proficiency in problem-solving with the capability to convey technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
