The role:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new systems across multiple locations and understanding the business needs of our organization within specific projects and initiatives. You will then work with the Change Lead and the IT teams / business teams to ensure that the requirements are accurately translated into system implementations and carry out system testing to support smooth implementation. You will also be responsible for Assisting in creating and testing IT Solutions whilst providing staff training for any systems implemented. Your Responsibilities:Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsSupport system testing, using scripts and continuous feedback lops into project teamSuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter expertsDevelop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needsBuild strong relationships with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate financial supply chain systems, ensuring seamless communication between financial, inventory, and procurement systems.Implement and optimize financial supply chain management software to enhance data accuracy, automate processes, and improve overall efficiency.Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in Supply Cain, Finance, Systems or Analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent organizational, planning and change management skills, prioritizes needs and effectively manages resources, Prioritises workload in conjunction with line management.Sound understanding of IT / Web technologies.
