We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work with us at Royal Opera House.
Key responsibilities
Assisting the sous chef to oversee the kitchen operations.
Ensuring that food quality and presentation standards are met at all times.
Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
Contributing ideas for new menu items and assisting in developing them based on seasonal ingredients, various dietary requirements, and customer preferences.
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, as well as enforcing proper food handling procedures.
Being adaptable and able to handle various tasks as needed, especially during busy periods or unexpected situations
