We are thrilled to be working with a brand new opening luxury hotel located in Yorkshire. They are seeking a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef, with a love for high-quality cooking, to create a selection of delicious, seasonal dishes in the hotels brand-new state-of-the-art kitchen.

£35,000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef
Creating a variety of amazing seasonal dishes that have a sustainable focus
Working well as part of a team and showcasing your outstanding communication skills
Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
Passing on your culinary knowledge to the more junior chefs in the kitchen
Making the most of the hotels training and development opportunities to elevate your skillset
The coastal retreat is currently undergoing a spectacular refurbishment; therefore this Junior Sous Chef role provides an exciting opportunity to grow with the hotel and gain invaluable culinary knowledge and expertise.
