As my client continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team.





Position Overview:



As the Site Manager for Steel Construction and Aluminium Demountable Structures, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and safety protocols.

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to project success.





Requirements:




  • Proven experience in construction management, specifically in steel construction and aluminium demountable structures.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Certification in construction management or related field (desired).
