The post holder will provide leadership in both adult and paediatric clinical areas undertaking the role of nurse in charge on a regular basis. This will include deputizing for the shift manager and providing specialist emergency nursing advice to co-workers and juniors working throughout the department. In addition, we have expand our Urgent Care services on site into a dedicated facility and also increased capacity in Majors and Resus.
