Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,500Location: Essex - close to central line stationJob Type: Full-time We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for aJunior Sales Executiveto join an award-winning, fast-growing, global distribution and logistics company. Due to incredible growth, they are looking foran individual tohelp identify sales opportunities, manage deals/accounts, and help achieve business targets. Day to day of the role:
Identify and engage with prospectivesales prospects.Developing business dealsCollaborate with Business Managers to exchange insights on business development, learning opportunities, and areas for improvement.Monitor the progression of ongoing business overseen by Logistics Officers.Monitoring the outcome of the deals: quantitatively (financial and volumes) and qualitatively (customer experience, satisfaction of internal processes). Required Skills & Qualifications:
Personable, hardworking, and ambitious personality.Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.Experience in cold calling or making phone calls is desirable but not essential.Capability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.Proficiency in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategies.
