Are you a hungry, driven, sales oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in recruitment within a rapidly growing SME who will prioritise your training and development, ensure you rapidly progress into management within a year as well as earning market leading, life changing commission, with a realistic OTE of �35-55k in year 1, and �70-100k in year 2?

Ernest Gordon Recruitment specialise in Engineering, Technology, IT and Finance across the UK. We are at the beginning of our journey having only been established for 5 years and are excited about what the next 5 years look like. We have 3 sites and 40 staff - but this is just the beginning.
