The Opportunity
They are seeking a dedicated Junior Real Estate Account Handler to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional at the early stages of their career, particularly someone with experience in general commercial or property (commercial/residential) policies, who is keen to specialise in Real Estate in the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) renewals initially, with the opportunity for growth while developing your technical skills.
Support senior colleagues in handling larger accounts, gaining exposure to complex client needs and building technical expertise.
Learn and familiarise yourself with our processes and systems, with a focus on Acturis.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to optimise client satisfaction and retention.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
Previous experience in handling general commercial or property (commercial/residential) policies.
Familiarity and confidence in using Acturis or similar insurance systems.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Ambition to specialise in Real Estate insurance and develop a long-term career in the field.
