Scope of Role:
As Junior Project Manager you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of Projects to ensure successful project delivery in terms of timescale, cost, and scope. The Junior Project Manager will manage multiple parallel projects and co-ordinate the resources of both internal and external teams to achieve successful implementations and mitigate risk.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget whilst meeting customer expectations and company quality standards.
- Ensure resource requirements, availability, and allocation.
- Co-ordination of assigned CDL resources with relevant Team Leaders / Managers across CDL, client and 3rd parties to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain awareness of technical areas surrounding projects, industry knowledge, company organisation and issues.
- Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders taking ownership for assigned tasks that may rely on the contribution of other team members.
- Efficiently identify and ensure all relevant issues are communicated appropriately, progress reports produced as requested & a pro-active containment/resolution plan devised.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience delivering a projects end-to-end.
- Experience of Projects that require management of multiple teams across multiple departments (i.e IT, Commercial, Marketing, Legal).
- Experience of hybrid-working setup, ability to manage deliverables with disparate team members (i.e Project Management virtually and in office).
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience communicating across all levels within an organisation.
- Understanding of different Project Management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall.
- Project Management qualification such as PMP, AgilePM, APMP preferable.
- Experience of JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint preferable.
- Experience working with Management and C-suite executives preferable.
