The Role
As our Junior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the execution of seasonal product launches focusing on the EU, UK, MEA and APAC markets. As part of the Central Global Marketing team, you will work collaboratively with other functional marketing experts to identify insights, needs and alignment opportunities, crafting an exciting pipeline of NPD that meets the local requirements of our International Markets and is aligned to our global vision.
Duties include:
Lead the international execution of global projects, ensuring timely and high-quality product launches.
Drive projects through the product development process, representing the international perspective and maintaining alignment with market needs.
Utilise market research and insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Analyse market and competitive landscapes to maintain Remington's position as a leader in the industry.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure launches meet regional requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with legal and marketing teams to ensure product positioning and claims align with regional regulations and consumer preferences.
Provide comprehensive briefs to the brand marketing team for packaging and asset production.
Assist in the development of marketing assets, including packaging, to support product launches.
Present new launches to both global and regional sales and marketing teams.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will possess relevant product marketing experience, showcasing a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. With a proven track record of effectively managing projects, you should excel in navigating timelines and ensuring tasks are completed autonomously and on schedule.
Your ability to communicate persuasively, coupled with proficiency in PowerPoint, will be crucial in presenting ideas and strategies to various stakeholders. A customer-centric approach and a collaborative mindset are paramount, as you'll closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and deriving commercial insights is essential for success in this role. Additionally, holding a relevant marketing or business qualification will further strengthen your candidacy.
Experience within the personal care industry or exposure to global markets will provide valuable context for understanding industry dynamics and consumer behaviour on an international scale.
Familiarity with central team structures and collaboration with partners across different regions can enhance your effectiveness in coordinating global projects. While not mandatory, proficiency in additional languages would be a valuable asset, facilitating smoother communication and rapport-building in multicultural environments.
