Purpose of the Role
Operational product change management for all Global Consumer eyecare products including artwork development/changes and maintenance of online portal/databases for our product portfolio.
Key Objectives and Requirements of the Role:
Manage an auditable change process for updating artwork as required based on new regulatory requirements or technical/marketing product updates.
Maintain on-line portal and master databases to ensure all product data (specs and technical) and packaging copy (marketing and regulatory) is accurate and kept up to date.
Provide user training/support and ensure process compliance (ordering, artwork approval). Understand fully how the portal works across all profiles.
Implement and integrate performance measurement systems to the process for continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders in Birmingham and across CVZ worldwide.
Provide support for the Global Product Change Manager and Global Technical Manager as required.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Must have:
Educated to degree level from a recognised university
2-3 years proven track record with outstanding results delivering projects
Proven experience maintaining processes and systems containing large amounts of data.
Desirable:
Ideally worked in a project management role in a Non-Food FMCG Category.
Experience of working with consumer packaging.
