Junior Planner

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a Junior Planner to join an expanding manufacturing business in Southport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Graduate or a Supply Chain / Planning Administrator looking for the next step in their career.

Hours: 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday

Salary: �27,000-�28,000 per annum

As a Planner you will:

* Utilise planning systems to convert sales forecasts into achievable production and material plans and schedules
* Manage risks within the plan and amend orders to achieve customer service and stock targets
* Continually liaise with sales, production, supply chain, quality and finance to develop the best strategy
* Lead, coordinate, evaluate, challenge and review the sales operations and inventory planning process for the business
* Propose and implement continuous improvements in own areas

Skills required:
* Experience and understanding of planning process
* Knowledge and experience of working a manufacturing environment
* Good attention to detail
* Analytical thinking
* Computer Literacy including experience of ERP systems
