Key Responsibilities :
· Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
· Monitor social media channels to engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback
· Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and report on key metrics
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals
· Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and increase brand awareness
· Work closely with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
· Support in organizing and executing marketing events and product launches
Qualifications :
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the beauty industry
· Proven experience managing social media campaigns and creating engaging content
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
· Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
· Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with market trends
