Macgregor Black are partnering with a�leading food business�on the search for a talented and motivated�Junior Marketing Manager.�This is a permanent role based in�Buckinghamshire.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our food products and enhance brand visibility.


• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.


• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI, to optimize marketing efforts.


• Support the planning and execution of product launches, events, and trade shows to drive product awareness and generate leads.


• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Creative thinker with a passion for food and consumer brands.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
