Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to team members
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities
  • Support performance management and professional development initiatives
  • Manage HR documentation and employee records
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant not-for-profit sector regulations

Profile

A successful Junior HR Advisor should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
  • Competence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
