We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join The Balmoral's Apprenticeship Programmes and become a Hospitality Professional. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are looking to recruit for our fantastic 2 year Hospitality Professional Apprenticeship Programme. The programme has been designed for dynamic individuals who are passionate about providing engaging service.
As a Junior Hotelier at The Balmoral you will experience all of the following exciting departments:
• Front Office & Concierge
• Food & Beverage - Restaurants
• Food & Beverage – Bars
• Food & Beverage - Kitchen
• Housekeeping

What qualifications or qualities are required?
• No formal qualifications are required
• A desire to learn and grow in hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills
• An enthusiastic and vibrant personality
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
• Motivation with a the drive to develop your career within the industry
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK
Apprenticeship Open Day being held on Monday 3rd June 2024 between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm
