Fella & Jones are partnered with this Luxury womenswear brand in the search of a Junior Garment Technologist. The brand is looking for someone with around 2-3 years experience from another Premium / Luxury Brand.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of high-quality womenswear garments, ensuring they meet our luxury standards.
Collaborate with the design team to translate creative ideas into technical specifications.
Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to patterns and samples.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless production processes.
Perform quality checks on prototypes and finished products.
Maintain detailed documentation of garment specifications and production notes.
Requirements:
Degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Previous experience in garment technology or internships in luxury fashion (preferred).
