Job Description Junior Finance Business PartnerSupporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.Assisting with financial analysis to drive business decisions.Participating in month-end close procedures and reporting.Collaborating with various departments to improve financial processes.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Preparing ad hoc reports as requested by management.Assisting in the development of financial models.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department. The Successful Applicant A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.A proactive approach to problem-solving.The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
