Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine materials, labour, and equipment requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for groundworks projects.
Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts.
Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.
Support project managers in the planning and scheduling of work activities.
