Description
The Junior Digital Producer is a skilled professional responsible for overseeing the content and creative changes across the online journey. This role requires a passionate and driven person to be the go-to contact for all production on the website, working closely with various departments and being responsible for changes to the website. Time management, excellent organisation and self efficiency are required to maintain the high standards expected of this demanding and highly important role in the business. They will support and communicate to multiple stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned for a truly digital-first company. The quality of the content and creative aspects of the TalkTalk website is critical to the success of digital sales performance and customer experience. Therefore this role requires a creative thinker who can adapt to change and is committed to exceptional, innovative content.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Digital Producer supports and is responsible for all production activity across digital touchpoints and customer journey. Their duties and key responsibilities are:
generate and publish web content and assets across the digital channels via the CMS.
for promotional and marketing campaign changes across the end-to-end new and existing customer journeys.
and create plans ensuring all actions are ready for launch deadlines.
and escalate issues, errors, bugs or incidents that may impact both customers and internal teams.
communication and strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
meetings to ensure all relevant parties are updated and briefed around content and creative changes.
proof, and facilitate the migration of content and creative aspects of the digital journey maintaining consistency across all websites (legacy and new).
and complete testing for new digital products, ensuring streamlined functionality and positive customer experience.
experimentation team with A/B testing across the customer journey, by suggesting and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rate and experience.
and analysing performance of the website to identify opportunities and problem areas to resolve.
and analyse customer behaviour and feedback via internal tools to identify challenges, finding a solution to improve or escalating to responsible stakeholders.
closely with SEO team to ensure website is meeting expectations and optimized to best standard.
update and manage the website homepage and landing pages to be engaging and up to date with relevant content and creative.
eye for detail, ensuring the website is on brand, features high quality visuals and grammatical standards are met.
up to date with industry trends in the sector, including digital experience and products.
Skills and Duties
written and spoken English
using an enterprise Content Management System (CMS)
using reporting and analytical tools, such as Google Analytics or Powerbi.
eye for detail
of different devices, browsers and other differentiating customer experiences.
self-organisation and confident communicator
managing multiple tasks, and excellent team player.
can-do attitude, creative and very adaptable to fast paced environment
of SEO best practise
of web standards and web accessibility requirements
with HTML and CSS would be desired but not essential
of JS and PHP would be desired but not essential
of Photoshop and image editing would be desired but not essential.
Experience and Education
years of experience in a digital environment, areas such as the following: digital marketing, User Experience, eCommerce, digital operations, digital product ownership
level graduate or similar experience – desirable but not essential
