About the Role
Reporting directly to the co-founders, the role will include the following:
Monitoring daily data feeds and handling related data processing tasks.
Supporting other developers to add new data feeds and build out API connections.
Supporting the design, implementation and testing of complex analysis and tax calculations.
Attending client meetings, pitches and dealing with follow-ups.
Researching relevant technical issues (e.g. data processing technical solutions, new third-party API specifications and tax or performance analysis-related research).
Assisting with special projects.
Essential Criteria
Recently graduated or have 1-2 years relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills.
A background with mathematical and/or computer science skills will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven team player who is happy to adapt to a wide range of roles and deal with clients, third-party developers, platforms, and service providers.
Self-starter and able to stay focused and make decisions within the role profile while working towards tight deadlines.
Independent/flexible problem-solver with the ability to cope positively with change.
An automation mindset and aim to build processes which can run independently from the start.
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python (in particular Pandas) is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits
20 days holidays increasing with longevity, Private Health, Pension, Discretionary Bonuses, Training / Exam support. The £30-35,000 salary quoted is the actual basic and bonuses will increase the overall salary package.
