Are you a recent graduate or junior professional with a passion for data analysis and finance?
You would be joining a leading finance company based in the heart of London as a Junior/Graduate Data Analyst, being part of a dynamic and fast paced team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our lead data analyst on a brand new project, utilising your skills in PowerBI or Tableau and Python or SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst to gather requirements and develop reports and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
Assist in data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation using Python or SQL to support analysis and reporting.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns relevant to financial performance.
Support the development and implementation of data models and algorithms to optimise business processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related STEM Degree.
Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Strong programming skills in Python or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
