Harmonic is proud to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the leading health drinks scale-ups to hire a talented Junior Data Analyst to join the team.

The Role:
Working closely with the Finance Director, as well as the marketing and logistics departments, this role offers an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about data to gain an in-depth understanding of how a successful scale-up operates.
The ideal candidate will be technically and cultural ready to wear many hats, and comfortable in an unstructured environment. In return, this role provides a unique opportunity to drive immense personal growth and development, as well as helping to shape the data journey of an exciting scale-up.
Working in a small dynamic team, you will need to be a flexible and strong team player who can manage deadlines and volume effectively. Excellent attention to detail is crucial, along with first-class communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading business and be part of a successful scaleup.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Finance Director to shape the data journey, input on system implementation and provide analysis on product lead time and performance
Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Analyse product performance, modelling and conduct analysis on performance with external partners (including leading supermarkets)
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analysis and reporting
Identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
Collect clean, and analyse data from various sources to support business objectives
What We Are Looking For:
A strong passion for data and a can-do attitude
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A proactive self-starter, someone with an eye for quick wins and identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communications skills, you will be working with stakeholders across the business and will need to have the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Salary:
£30,000 to £32,000 + company benefits
