As an apprentice you will be tasked with pulling client information data using Text Local, Revolution and Excel, using Excel to create charts and tables to share internally and externally, checking data on the systems for discrepancies and much more! You will be fully immersed in the world of Data, working closely with the Managing Director and a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to provide you with industry expert knowledge throughout your journey!
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials Qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
You will use Text Local, Revolution and Excel to pull client information data
You will be checking data on the systems looking out for spelling errors in portal invitations, email and mobile inaccuracies and duplicate entries on spreadsheets
You will use Excel to compare previous years pipeline and their percentages, and use past data and trends to predict future patterns
You will use the data in Excel to create charts and tables, this data will be shared both internally and externally
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
£15,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Full office shutdown over Christmas
Good public transport routes

Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English
