This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing company, based in Nottingham in the UK a city with a rich history associated with the cycling industry.
Their busy on-site warehouse is the hub for all their UK bike servicing and deliveries, being industry specialists they are passionate about every experience customers have. They want to revolutionise athletes, from the very elite to the every day, and transform their training.
You will join this team as a Level 3 Data Administration Apprentice. As part of this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing expert customer sales and service support across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and live chat. You'll have the opportunity to not only assist customers but also identify and capitalise on additional sales opportunities. From coordinating quality control and service requests to reporting trends and escalations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Data Essentials Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Provide expert customer sales and service support via telephone, email and live chat
Create opportunities to deliver additional sales where appropriate
Coordinate quality control and service requests from both home and commercial sites
Reporting trends and escalations to the line manager, providing resolutions where possible
Triaging and escalation of customer feedback
Work closely with the B2B Customer Service team to support when required
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
£14,000 per annum
08:30 16:30 or 09:00 17:00 or 09:30 17:30

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise, plan and resolve issues quickly.
Computer literate
Eager and committed to learning
GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English
