Junior Creative DesignerAn ideal role for a Junior Creative Designer looking to grow your experience and knowledge within marketing A full-time and permanent role A flexible hybrid role, the team are usually based in the office one day per week (Kearsley - M26 1GG) What is the role?You will be supported by a Creative Designer and will be responsible for working on projects from concept through to finished artwork, adhering to brand guidelines, and pushing design boundaries where possible on both print and digital platforms. Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the design and print needs are met within deadlines and budget.The ideal candidate will be able to work proactively and creatively to engage with our patients and support our practices across all our digital platforms, social media, and print mediums.The ideal person should possess a portfolio of design work, demonstrating creativity, ingenuity, and a good eye for design. We are looking for a creative who is adaptable, and open-minded and can lead a project to produce outstanding results.Responsibilities:Supporting the Creative Studio & Digital Projects Manager and other colleagues to deliver our Marketing objectivesCreating engaging social media advertising, and digital and print-ready artwork to support our dental practices and internal teamsAssure brand consistency and quality control for all designsLiaise with a range of stakeholders including practices, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisationsSupport the design team in their daily tasksSkills & experience:Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PremiereExperience in creating video and animation for digital and social contentKnowledge of HTML and CSS is beneficialThe drive, energy, and creativity to deliver content with first-class professionalismA collaborative approach to your work, with a positive, solution-focused outlookBe a good storyteller with a creative eyeProduce work of the highest standard with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in adapting your style and approach to the audience and the message to be deliveredExcellent organisational and project management skillsApply Now!
