Junior Contracts Paralegal

Location: Loughborough

We are working with an FE College that is looking for an immediate contracts paralegal/lawyer. This will start ASAP. You will be joining a great�college with fanatstic facilities and resources available.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing contracts, policies


• Drafting collaboration contracts and other agreements from template


• General internal legal advice relating to contracts


• Other non-contracts work including:


• Minuting occasional governor committee meetings


• Support with complaints and appeals
