Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, Marketing Services, Southbank, up to £30,000 + Study SupportWe are working exclusively with a global marketing services agency who are looking for a high rising, driven junior accountant to join their team as a Commercial Finance Analyst.With lots of business partnering and communications across the business, you will be confident and articulate in your manner, but also enjoy meeting new people!This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate looking to get stuck into a fast-pace, commercial role in a vibrant agency!The role: Ensure contracts are adhered to on each client Ensure timely billing & close WIP management Ensuring monthly deadlines are met Develop processes to assist each account team with their differing needs dependent on their client needs. Continuous Improvement of systems & processes Ensure teams timesheets are kept up to date and help input timesheet data into the finance system when required Drive profitability on each account Reconcile time and track resource to ensure it stays within what was agreed in Scopes of Work Support on fee proposals and contract reviews Support finance team with adhoc projectsSkills and Experience: Highly organised with attention to detail Media or Agency background preferred but not necessary Microsoft Dynamics AX/Cognos experience useful but not necessary Good grasp of Microsoft Excel Previous experience in a commercial analysis role an advantage A strong personality is key, you need to be able to work effectively with non‐finance people at both junior & senior management levels.If you or anyone you know may be interested please do drop me an email at
