Job title: Junior Buyer

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: �35,000 per annum
Location: Warrington - Hybrid available
Hours of work: 37 Hours Monday-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a procurement/buyer role or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working in nuclear, electrical or engineering sectors
Role information:
- Assist in the procurement process for nuclear, electrical and engineering categories
- Ensure T&C's such as NEC3 & 4 are compliant
- Research market trends, suppliers and regulations to benefit procurement decisions
- Process orders and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure procurement laws and regulations are adhered to
- Keep up to date procurement records
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved
