Position Overview: As a Junior Construction Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects by sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for project execution. You will work closely with the procurement team and project managers to obtain the best value for money while maintaining quality standards and adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future material needs to prevent project delays.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting procurement practices.
