The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, along with an advanced level of English proficiency (minimum C2).
Location: This is a fully remote position. We are currently able to employ individuals in Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Your responsibilities
Partner with and support our Business Development Manager in relationship management, expansion, and communications with service providers and advertisers from onboarding to billing
Provide support for market research and competition analysis to identify new partnership opportunities
Scout for potential service providers and partners, especially for new verticals and commercial initiatives
Collaborate closely with our existing Commercial team, Product, SEO, and other internal stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitiveness
Manage workflows and prioritize tasks to ensure timely execution of deals and promotions
Assist with deals negotiations and promotions progressively
Coordinate internal and external communications with partners and teams
Your mindset and experience
Advanced level (C2 or Native) of English
Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, product review industry or a similar sector/role
Business-oriented with some SEO understanding
Proven track record of meeting targets and business goals
Strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial/commercial spirit

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating adaptability to navigate change effectively
Strong analytical skills
