Junior Building Surveyor- Construction

Job Title: Junior Building Surveyor- Construction
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior surveyors with site inspections, assessments, and surveys.
Conduct measurements, prepare drawings, and produce reports.
Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
