Primary Purpose:
The INKEY List has grown incredibly fast in just 5 years and the next accelerated phase of growth requires disruptive and cohesive Marketing plans to drive it. This role plays a critical part in leading multi-functional team members to build powerful marketing activities that drive buzz and connection with our target audience.
They will own the annual marketing calendar for all activities driving Changing Skin pillar SKUs & for Promotional activities such as Holiday ensuring all Global marketing campaigns are consistent and maximised by working closely with all relevant departments internally and external agencies. They will develop disruptive integrated marketing campaigns from brief to execution that catch fire across our global markets.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Marketing Manager Global Healthy Skin + UK, this role will work closely with the rest of the global marketing team as well as other functions including Brand Development, Creative, DTC and Trade Retailer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the annual marketing calendar for all Changing Skin pillar activities, leading campaign meetings with all relevant departments and agencies to ensure 360 customer experience
Own associated marketing workstreams to support the sales and business objectives – (i.e. customer, product and seasonal nuances in region)
Monitor competitive landscape with Brand Development partner to feed in competitor challenges and drive clear competitor differentiation with our brand activities
Lead process for campaign briefing and development with creative team and any relevant external agency partners following an effective partnership and handover from Brand Development for all Changing Skin Pillar activities
Work with the Marketing, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams from each region and channel to shape commercially-driven plans to activate Changing Skin Pillar SKUs including instore/field activation needs are met
Work with Paid Media lead and Media/Activation agency to shape disruptive global activation plans
Work with the Social and Influencer teams on integrating organic channels into overall global plan
Manage results against key KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, driving of key brand attributes, traffic driving and sales growth) and action on them as opportunities arise
Manage with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager the department budget and ensure that we stay within allocated funds
Key Skills:
Passion for Beauty and Beauty Marketing
Excellent project management skills
Excellent relationship management
Good knowledge of social media platforms (working alongside, not owning)
Ability to make informed decisions based on information available
Strong communication skills
Good financial acumen
Understanding of what are relevant KPIs for a particular task and holding others accountable to them
Agility and positive mindset and able to flex quickly and comfortable with dynamic changing environment
