Location: Midlands - Manchester (Remote with Site Visits)
Salary Package: £31,500 including car allowance. (Plus target bonus of £700 per quarter)
Are you an experienced Assistant Block Manager or PRS Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) company? We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of 10 blocks within the Midlands - Manchester region.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 10 blocks within the BTR portfolio.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the blocks with a focus on communal areas.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect communal areas, meet with contractors, and ensure works are carried out to a high standard.
Responsible for setting budgets and ensuring financial compliance.
Ensure all properties are fully compliant with relevant regulations and legislation.
Handle administrative tasks related to block management, including arranging necessary works and keeping records up to date.
Requirements:
Previous experience in block management or PRS property management.
Knowledge of block management legislation and responsibilities.
Experience setting budgets and managing financial aspects of property management.
Familiarity with S20 regulations is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional site visits.
