Junior asset manager

JDRoss are supporting one of our clients in London with a Junior asset manager position.The Junior Asset Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of assets and you will work closely with the commercial and execution teams.Responsibilities:Knowledge and use of SCADA systems to monitor the real-time performanceanalysing data, trends, and KPI’s to improve asset performance.Prepare and present monthly reports on the technical performance of the assets and identify any risks to system operations.Ensure maintenance schedules and strategies are planned to ensure assets are operating at peak efficiency.Working closely with O&M contractor and other stakeholders to resolve technical matters affecting performance.Act as the main point of contact for key service providers such as site managers, OEMs, DNOs, and other technical parties.Manage, co-ordinate and oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in collaboration with maintenance team and visit site as appropriate.Manage equipment warranty (to ensure compliance) and calculate system performance against guaranteed values under O&M contract and settle differences.Supervise performance and acceptance test before taking over and the supervise yearly performance tests and ensure compliance.Work closely and collaborating with commercial asset manager to ensure proper reporting on commercials.RequirementsDegree level education in engineering, or equivalent technical experience.Experience with utility scale facility management Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in renewable energyUnderstanding of project acceptance tests and commissioning procedures Experience managing EPC, O&M ICP, DNO, asset managers, or other related third party contractors
