Junior Analyst , Capital Raising & Client Relations - Copenhagen Heimstaden is a leading European residential real estate private equity manager and investor with around 163,000 homes across 9 countries with a property value of SEK 339bn (EUR 29bn). We acquire, develop, and manage properties with an evergreen perspective. The Capital Raising & Client Relations (CRCR) team is responsible for raising capital from investors globally and works closely with the investment team.
The CRCR team consists of 15 professionals across Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Stockholm and Hamburg with backgrounds from investment banking, consulting and real estate investments. The position will be in our office in central Copenhagen, which also houses Heimstaden’s investment, debt capital markets and group asset management teams. You will be responsible for:Undertake analysis on the real estate fund management industry and key marketsAssist with the identification and background research of prospective investorsAssist with preparing fundraising marketing materials, including investor pitch books, case studies, newsletters, etc.Prepare meeting materials and pre-meeting briefings for the teamAssist with due diligence processes and investor requestsMaintain and develop the CRM system to ensure information is up to date and encapsulates the full spectrum of outreach effortsHelp prepare investor reports, updates, and other ad hoc client communications materialsAssist with the organization of the investor events, management meetings and site visits. To be our
dream candidate, you have:
You are on your 3rd year of your bachelor’s in finance, economics, business administration or other relevant degree
Comfortable in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English
A strategic, structured and analytical mindset and enjoy both facilitating and leading initiatives and projects
Your work schedule will be flexible, 20-25 hours weekly, taking exams into consideration.
