Junior Analyst / Asset Manager – Real Estate
The Company:
Our client is innovating the way Real Estate projects such as tall offices and masterplans are conceived, designed, delivered, prelet and managed through radically different management methods and intelligent use of 3D technology. They are generally required to drive process and consultant actions and therefore act in a highly client-aligned fashion with similar authority.
This company is now working exclusively with a long-standing client on their UK portfolio to provide a highly integrated but outsourced Asset Management function focussing on growing AUM and asset performance.
Job Objective:
Our client has won a long-term contract to deliver the future of Asset Management for a globally revered institution. This hire represents an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help develop a unique and innovative AM service that would deliver market-beating results and grow rapidly. You would be working on a large portfolio containing trophy assets, located in prime Central London locations.
Requirements:
aptitude for Real Estate related finances
understand asset finance, rent roll, debt, lease clauses and their impact on asset finance
have a deep understanding of Excel spreadsheets including formulas and macros
in Real Estate Finance and/or circa 2 years’ experience as an Analyst working within real estate asset management or investment
the opportunity to gain experience in dealmaking, value-add and leasing on large, centrally located prime office assets

be able to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels
ability to write well is essential
have a personal culture of excellence in everything you do
Skills & Attributes:
be beneficial to understand acquisition finances and capital markets
be seeking a career as an Asset Manager
experience in Asset Managing or assisting an Asset Manager is a plus
experience would be beneficial but should be confident directing consultants
to judge the priority of tasks and rearrange your to-do list accordingly
as first language
for personal and professional progression
interest in the emerging role of technology in real estate
Remuneration:
The role is paying up to £80,000 dependant on experience, plus benefits.
