Junior Administrator required in a luxury food and lifestyle company, predominately working in the recruitment department but also with administration in other areas of the company too.

Full training will be provided. You must live in London, ideally within 30 min travel of Hammersmith and be available for interview this week with a view of an immediate start next week with 3 days of training.
As a Junior Administrator, you will perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Registration of candidates
Maintaining accurate files – both paper and digital
Reference checking candidates – both verbal and written
Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
Monitor and respond to emails
Posting jobs onto our website and other relevant websites
Adhere to compliance procedures by obtaining the correct documentation
Ad-hoc admin tasks
Administration within roles to assist CEO and team within our academy and other areas
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Good communication
Very organised and can handle multiple tasks with ease
Ability to prioritise
Excellent telephone manner
A self starter
Maintain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
Reliable team player, and willing to help out with other tasks
This role is full time, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, at our offices in Hammersmith.
Start date: 29th May 2024

2nd stage in-person interview.
