Job Title: Junior Acoustic Consultant
Reference: SC1160 Location: Remote, Based in London Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, Plus Benefits The Company: My client is a UK-based independent Acoustic consultancy, who provide a wide range of Acoustic services nationwide. Their services include noise impact assessments, sound testing, and Acoustic materials. They provide their services through every stage of construction projects, from inception to completion. My client is looking for an experienced Junior Acoustic Consultant to work remotely in and around the London area. The Role: As a Junior Acoustic Consultant, you will be working remotely and making exciting site visits across London. Any writing aspect of the role can be completed at home. Within the company, there great opportunity to progress as there is a strong focus on Continual Professional Development. Role responsibilities include:
* Supervising Graduate Consultants, acting as the main liaising link between the Graduate and Consulting level personnel.
* Completing sound and noise surveys.
* Undertaking various noise impact assessments.
* Collating the data to write factual reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have:
* A membership of the Institute of Acoustics.
* A relevant degree in Acoustics or Physics. An engineering degree with relevant modules will also be considered.
* Minimum one year experience as an Acoustic Consultant.
* Experience using Acoustic modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cadna). Company benefits:
