Junior Accounts Assistant

Pertemps Crawley are working with an established construction-based business based on the outskirts of Horsham who are seeking a Junior Accounts Assistant to join their team.
A great opportunity for an individual to take the next step in their finance career, seeking candidates who have a positive attitude towards developing and learning an overall Accounts position and is happy assisting the operations team as and when required.

The Role:

• Preparing suppliers and adding new suppliers to the database
• Processing Supplier payments to be made twice monthly
• Carrying out bank and statement reconciliation
• Investigating discrepancies that may arise
• Assist in credit control duties

The Person:

• Minimum 6 months working in an Accounts based role OR studying AAT
• High attention to details and organisational skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Driving licence, a MUST due to location
