Junior Account Manager

This is a chance to join a family owned business who supply ingredients to the food and beverage industry. The business are an important supplier across 3 main categories which they source from across the globe.

The business also offer blending and bespoke ingredient solutions to their food/drink manufacturing customers. The business also have an office in Asia along with a joint venture in Italy.

The Role

This is a site based Sales role working on a selection of UK based customer accounts and being their first point of contact for all needs.

You will also deal wityh inbound customer enquiries and requests, arrange for samples to be sent out, work with all other departments including admin, logistics, production, warehousing, technical etc.

Your main goal will be to increase sales of the business ingredients to customers whilst offering excellent customer service. You will build strong relationships with customers and work to become an integral supply partner to them.

Ideal Candidate

You might currently be working within food manufacturing in either Sales, Sales Support or a technical role.

Will also consider Sales/Inside Sales professionals from other industries with a willingness to learn the food aspect.

Knowledge of basic food standards would be ideal.

Additional languages would be beneficial.
