You will be well-read and have informed opinions on trends across several sectors. (An eye for design and visual styles would be a welcome bonus.) You will be well-presented at all times, happy to help host press events, attend trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities.You’ll work closely with our inspiring female Managing Director across several client accounts, as well as on our new business drive and agency marketing activities. So you'll learn, and thus take on new responsibilities, quickly.ESSENTIAL QUALITFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES- A drive for excellence – action-oriented and results-driven- 6m - 1 year of PR (or relevant) experience- A degree at level 2:1+- A ‘people person’ - energetic team player keenhappy to learn and grow- Happy to take constructive feedback in a nurturing environment- Excellent verbal communication skills, including in-person and phone manner- Excellent English writing skills (sophisticated vocabulary, perfect grammar + punctuation)- Strategic thinker and list-maker who is supremely organised - Maturity - taking ownership to see tasks through to the end- Initiative-taker - results-orientated, keen to grow yourself and our business- Trouble-shooter - the ability to spot potential issues, and avoid or solve them- Expertise of Microsoft / Mac software Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media platformsResponsibilities:· Help to manage the day to day running of a busy press office· Help to conceive and deliver PR and communications strategies for clients· Deliver excellent written communications –e.g. emails + social media copy· Produce eye-catching creative content e.g. simple graphics· Help with social media content,activation and management· Support with meetings and diary organisation for team, clients and others· Pitch story ideas to journalists by phone or other forms of communication· Attend meetings + workshops to learn and capture findings· Option to work from home 1-2 days a week (following 3m in-office training)· 21 days’ annual leave + national holidays + Christmas & NY closure· Personal performance-related annual bonus· A small team of super-friendly, nurturing and collaborative professionals to work withTransportation Links:2 min walk from a London Overground station12 min walk from Elizabeth Line station15 min walk from Piccadilly, Central + District line tubeSeconds away from lovely shops & cafesIf you tick ALL the above, please email
