Hours: 8hr working days. Late finishes, early starts and weekend work will be required

The Role: Joinery Workshop Manager

• Dealing with people Management of a team of around 13-15 people
• Working alongside Production manager and logistics manager
• Doing with daily Working Hours
• Dealing with labour Schedules
• Carrying out Health & Safety
• Will be doing with time sheet checks, weekly checks on sub-contractors
• Will be dealing with production handovers
• Maintaining Stock Levels / Placing Order Request
• You will be doing vehicle checks
• New Starter Inductions
• Maintaining Workshop Standards
• Site quality checks
• Absence Support.

The Person:

• Ideally from a joinery or carpentry background
• Has a management background
• Need to be hands on and quick at problem solving
