Job DescriptionOur client are a leading experiential, events and marketing agency based in Reading, Berkshire. They work with an extremely exciting client base comprised of world-famous, household name brands and have a fun and inclusive work culture.They are now looking for Account Manager / Event Producers (Junior to senior) to join their talented and friendly team. You will need to be able to demonstrate your project and account management experience gained in a creative, experiential or events agency background – ideally with direct experience delivering live tours, sampling campaigns or brand theatre.Experience managing B2B events and conferences is very desirable – experience venue searching, booking and managing suppliers, and guest liaison will stand you in very good stead for this role.You’ll be keen to learn and level-up, offering operational knowledge and the confidence to present to and manage clients. You’ll need to know how to brief a creative department, write a staffing manual and balance a small-to-medium budget.You could be a Senior Account Executive looking to take on more responsibility. Or a resilient and resourceful Account Manager hungry to put some pep into your career plan.
