Travel throughout the Areas will be required.Location: Oxford, Reading & Northampton areas.Salary: Competitive Salary with Bonus SchemeTerm: PermanentThe role of Preservation Sales Surveyor will include:Surveying of Domestic and commercial properties.Regular contact with clients.Commercial Development of your area is a large part of the role.Selling the correct solution to the customer/client’s issues using the correct products and services.The ideal candidate will have:-Must hold either CSRT or CSTDB and/or CSSW qualifications.Experience in Timber and Damp, Waterproofing and/or Property Surveying capabilities.Good knowledge of Building ConstructionA sales and development background, preferably in a similar product areaGood IT skills and be able to use TurboCad.Good at liaising with internal and external customers/clients on technical and H&S issues.
