Description for the Java Developer role:-
Fantastic opportunity to join a very well funded award winning Fintech based in central London as a Java Developer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining highly scalable and secure web applications, services, and APIs. You will have several years commercial back end development experience in Java and Spring, ideally for a product based company. Any experience in Microservices and Kubernetes would be highly advantageous. The role is mainly remote, however you would be expected to go into the offices 1 day a week (central London). You will have a great opportunity to work with a variety of languages, frameworks and tools.
Core skills/experience for the Java Developer role:
4yrs+ commercial Development experience
Strong Java and Spring
Built and maintained highly scalable and secure web applications, services, and APIs.
Beneficial Skills/Experience for the Java Developer role:
Reactive Programming
Kubernetes
Microservices
PSD2 or Open Banking Technology experience
Salary
for the
Java Developer role
will depend on experience, but expect between £55,000 and £70,000 + pension, private medical, life assurance & income protection, cycle to work, Season ticket loan, training + snacks, social, work abroad for up to 30 days per year and a lot more!
